Here is what we would like to do for you.

Your wedding photographs will become your memories of a great day. And, to help you get the best photos, we offer a flexible service that can be tailored to your needs. When you look at our gallery you will see a combination of photos, some black and white and some in colour. Some of the poses are formal and some are more in what we like to call a relaxed style. It is up to you to tell us what you would like us to do and for us to accomodate your wishes. And because weddings can be expensive we offer great service for a reasonable price. To save you a lot of money we supply you with a set of 4x6 photos in a nice album and include their matching high resolution digital files as well. The photos we supply to you are shot on a state-of-the-art professional digital camera and processed in a lab.

While I retain the copyright to all my images, every client receives a DVD of those images in high resolution, and is granted a license to make as many prints from the DVD as they wish and to post those images to social networking sites like Facebook®.

We have four packages, two for a full coverage wedding and one for those of you who don't need that many photos and one to cover from getting ready and up to but not including the reception. Packages are shown ranked by popularity.

Main Package
with Coffee Table Book - $1465.00

Main Package - $1095.00

6. We supply 150 -160, 4x6 prints in a nice album plus a DVD with high resolution files for those prints.

Budget Package - $695.00
1. The church or wedding location
2. Locations for photo shoots - up to three locations if time and weather permits.
3. The photographer remains until 6:00 PM if requested or you have our services for about 4 hours.
4. We supply 85-95, 4x6 prints in a nice album plus a DVD with high resolution files for those prints.
5. Please note that I do not do budget packages more than one hour's drive from Carbonear/Bay Roberts.

Coffee Table Books
I have three sizes of printed, hardcover, coffee table books.

1. Parents' Album - 6 x 8 duplicate of Bride & Groom's large album - $125.00
The Parents' Album contains the same, but smaller, images as the Bride & Groom's large album.

2. Medium Album - 8 1/2 x11 - $195.00

3. Large Album - 11 x14 - $395.00

Each album contains 30 or more pages and is printed on high-quality paper with a laminated cover.

Here is an audio slide show of the large one just below. The selection of photos and the design of these books is a creative process and is at the sole discretion of the photographer. (A discount of $25.00 is applied when you order a large coffee table book at the same time your book your wedding.)

Canvas prints

You can order Canvas Prints of your favourite photos. These can be ordered either at the time of your wedding or up to a year later.

Canvas prints are stretched canvas, laminated and with a black edge. You can either hang them directly on the wall as shown but I do recommend that you have them framed (without glass) to best show them off.
Prices:
12 x 18 - $75.00 (full frame)
16 x 20 - $135.00 (sides are cropped slightly from original)
20 x 30 - $195.00 (full frame)
Shipping is extra.
Note: full frame indicates all the image area is used while cropping for 16x20 removes
some of the image from the short sides of the photo.

Enlargements and reprints - You save money by getting your own reprints and enlargements done from the DVD/CD that comes with your prints. The files on the DVD match the prints in your album. You receive written permission to make as many prints from your DVD as you wish.

Travel
If the wedding is beyond the Carbonear/Bay Roberts area, we will advise you on the additional charges.

Typical travel costs in 2010/2011:

To St. John's is $65.00
To Placentia is $60.00
To Bonavista is $160.00
To Burin is $200.00

Booking
To book photography for the either package we require a deposit of 1/3 the package price at the time the agreement is signed, and a further payment of 1/3 the package price a minimum of four weeks prior to the wedding with the balance payable on your wedding day. Since we set aside the day just for you, your deposit is not refundable.

However, the unexpected can happen and if you rebook and use our services within 60 days of the original day of the wedding (and we are available) we will continue with the contract without penalty.

We cannot hold your date until we receive your deposit.

Payment Methods
You may pay by cheque, money order or if I see you in person, by cash. You may also pay, within Canada, by email money transfer using your financial institution's secure transfer system. This applies to both users of banks and credit unions who use on-line banking.

NSF
Should the unfortunate happen and your cheque is returned NSF there is a minimum $15.00 charge.

Shots taken - Shots received.
Regardless of which package you choose you should know that in order for you to receive, for example, 180 prints, I normally take at least 350 shots. Those shots are edited or deleted to get rid of pictures I don't like, people with eyes closed etc. and then you receive a finished set of prints and files on your DVD to match the package you have chosen. The choice of pictures you receive is at the sole discretion of the photographer.

We only shoot using digital photographic equipment. You will receive a DVD with your pictures on it in high resolution JPEG format that you can take to any good photofinisher to have additional copies made just as you would have done with the old processed film negatives.
