We shoot Newfoundland weddings only and in a style that adapts to your needs. We can take pictures in either a relaxed or formal style or a combination. We can work in both black and white or colour in any mixture you need. Please take a look at the Flickr Photo Album to see what we do, read below about the packages we supply and the prices we charge. We have a fair representation of our portfolio in our our Flickr Albums as 100% of our work is now digital and that allows us to update frequently. For those of you who live "away" we send the completed album of your Newfoundland wedding to you either by insured mail or we can deliver to people you designate to receive it locally. Newfoundland weddings are unique in the world with our special scenery, great people and great times.

I started taking pictures when I was 5, began charging for them when I was 16 and have been a professional for longer than I remember. I've been doing Newfoundland weddings now for over seven years with 50,000 + photos taken. I take wedding pictures because I like to and I charge the prices I do so more people can afford to have nice photos of their most memorable day. While I am located in Carbonear, I shoot wedding in my area only and no longer go into St. John's. I no longer take bookings for weddings.

Prices
Main Package - $1145.00
Includes: Bride's getting ready location, Groom's getting ready location if time permits, the ceremony, locations for photo shoots & reception to a maximum of 9:00 p.m. I supply 185-195, 4x6 prints in a nice album plus a DVD with high resolution matching files for those prints. You have my services for about 8 hours.
If you do not need me to attend the reception the price goes to: $995.00

Budget Package - $695.00
Includes: The ceremony, locations for photo shoots. I supply 85-95, 4x6 prints in a nice album plus a DVD with high resolution matching files for those prints. You have my services for about 4 hours.

Deposits are not refundable as I put the whole day aside for you and you alone. However, stuff happens and if you rebook to a new date within 60 days of the old then I will apply your deposit to that date.

Photography Classes
I also teach private photography classes for those of you who aspire to be professionals and those who just like taking pictures. I charge $40.00/hour for private lessons but will also have group classes in 2012. Call or email for details. The first group class in the new year is a Digital SLR Bootcamp for those of you who want to learn how to shoot and get great pictures.

Image Improvements
If you have a digital image or several images you think could use some improvements I most likely will be able to fix them. I accept requests from folks whose images are too dark, off colour or badly cropped to get them looking reasonable. If you have legal permission to print an image from a high resolution file or are the original photographer, then I just might be able to help you.

Shots Taken - Shots Received
While I take many more photos than the package requires, I edit the photos, removing ones I don't like. The photos the bride and groom receive, for all packages, are supplied at my sole discretion and choice.
